Last night was a crazy night. We decided to go the Washington Crossing Inn for a bite to eat and I asked hubby to drop me off by the bridge and told him I would catch up in a few. Of course, the walk was not shoveled so I shuffled on out with Olympia Omde in tow. It is always awesome to watch the light change on the river as the sun goes down.
I shuffle on out a little further and Furm rolls up beside me in the truck. The Inn is closed. So I hop over the barrier and the snow climbs up my leg past my knee…BURRRRRR.
Then I snap a few from the truck window looking south.
Stop at Erinis..closed. Blooming Grove…closed. Marsilios closed, Freddies, finally a Cosmo!
Thought I might take a walk to the river with my camera. Started off with a short trip through the garage. Do do do looking out my back door
Visibility low, steady snow falling. Winds occasionally whipping. Came back through garage and walked to gate. Drifts prevented me from pushing through…..snowing. Inside, warm and cozy…hmmm soupy next?
OK so, I’m a little early for the big one but a few days ago I took my crazy MaraBella for a walk in the park and met up with a soldier on patrol. We chatted for a bit while it snowed. He stayed. I left.
Red just happens to be a thing of mine when it comes to posting on one of my favorite forums, the Ugly Hedgehog. Great place for photographers of all levels to meet and learn. I connected when the forum first started and hangout on the Corner of Red and Fine for a while now. So it was with great delight the I learned week 3 of my current challenge requires RED. RED is everywhere…
So for Starters
Now how do I get this in the Menu for the Challenge.
First Iphone post for the new year. Considering today to be one of the first really cold and Wintery kind of days I made my first chicken soup of the year Makes me feel all cozy and warm. Or is that my age?
